Sole marketer · strategy, content, email, web, data

A new veterinary clinic opened in Madrid in July 2024 with no audience, no reviews and no marketing team. I became the marketing team.

230Google reviews at 5.0★, every one answered
×2clicks from Google search after the website rebuild (52 → 109 a month)
+165%rabies vaccinations year on year during the campaign (17 → 45)
78%client retention (industry average ≈ 60%)

What I did

  • Every channel, end to end: Instagram, TikTok and Facebook content, email, Google Business Profile, website, local partnerships and monthly reporting.
  • Rebuilt the 20-page WordPress site with schema markup and GA4 conversion tracking.
  • Seasonal campaigns: a rabies-vaccination push and a cat-health month that sold 13 care packs on a €20 budget.
  • Email from scratch in Mailchimp, synced with the practice software, with a welcome sequence and segmented sends.
  • A data and automation layer built with AI (Claude Code): API links to the practice software, Google and analytics; a Telegram bot with the daily agenda; automated no-show and campaign tracking.
  • Now: an in-house clinic-management app (Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres) to replace the clinic's paid software.

Built with

WordPress · Elementor · Mailchimp · Google Business Profile · GA4 · Search Console · Tag Manager · Claude Code · Node.js · Telegram · Next.js

Retention and revenue are team results. Year-on-year figures compare with the clinic's first months (it opened in July 2024).
